1. Introduction

Welcome to ONE HEALTHLINE CONNECT. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by ONE HEALTHLINE CONNECT ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

ONE HEALTHLINE CONNECT provides a platform that connects users with healthcare providers for teleconsultation, appointment booking, emergency services, medication ordering, and AI-powered health assistance. Our Service is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your medical condition
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
  • Not use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Not use the Service for emergency medical situations requiring immediate attention
  • Seek emergency medical care when appropriate
  • Follow up with in-person care when recommended by healthcare providers

5. Healthcare Providers

Healthcare providers accessible through our Service are independent professionals who are solely responsible for the services they provide. We do not employ or control the healthcare providers, and we are not responsible for their actions, advice, or treatment.

The information and services provided by healthcare providers through our Service are not intended to replace the relationship between you and your primary healthcare provider.

6. Payments and Fees

Certain aspects of our Service may require payment. All fees are in Rwandan Francs (RWF) unless otherwise stated and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. If we change our fees, we will provide notice of the change on the website or app or by email, at our option.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ONE HEALTHLINE CONNECT and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Rwanda and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ONE HEALTHLINE CONNECT.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONE HEALTHLINE CONNECT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

ONE HEALTHLINE CONNECT does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
